A legal disclaimer

Tony’s Deli aims to provide high-quality, fresh food with every order. Due to the nature of food service, the following refund policies apply:

1. All Sales Are Final

Because our items are made to order, all food sales are final once prepared.

2. Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order (incorrect item, missing item, or quality concern), please contact us the same day.

At our discretion, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • A partial credit

  • Store credit for a future visit

Refunds are not guaranteed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Items not picked up

  • Incorrect information provided by customer

  • Allergic reactions

  • Delivery delays caused by third-party services

4. Catering Orders

  • Catering deposits are non-refundable

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for partial credit
